- WINEMAKER: Delphine Boulard
- FARMING: Certified Organic and Biodynamic
- VARIETY: Predominantly Pinot Meunier, with smaller proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir
- TERROIR: Clay and limestone soils in the Vallée de la Marne and Massif de Saint-Thierry regions

- FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal as an aperitif; pairs beautifully with savory pies, pâtés, cured hams like culatello or pata negra, poultry, and white meats.
- SCORES: Antonio Galloni (Vinous): 94/100
