• TERROIR: A blend of fruit from HRSV Vineyard in Upper Lake Valley (Lake County) and Incognito Vineyards in McDowell Valley (Mendocino County). These inland yet elevated sites provide warm days for ripeness and cool nights to preserve acidity and aromatic intensity.
• VINIFICATION: Fermented entirely in stainless steel to highlight purity of fruit and preserve fresh, lifted aromatics.
• AGING: Aged in stainless steel to maintain crispness and linearity
• TASTING NOTES: Explosive aromatics of lemon, pear, guava, and jasmine jump from the glass, with subtle gooseberry and pine notes adding complexity.
