Both Emilia-Romagna and Umbria  are renowned for their rich culinary traditions. Emilia-Romagna is famous for Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Prosciutto di Parma, and balsamic vinegar, while Umbria is known for its truffles, olive oil, and cured meats.
Of course that means wine would be just as important! While each region has its own wine specialties, they both produce a range of quality wines. Emilia-Romagna is known for its Lambrusco, Sangiovese, and Albana wines, while Umbria is celebrated for its Sagrantino, Grechetto, and Orvieto wines.
