TERROIR: H. Klopp Vineyard sits at 350 feet elevation in the lower Sebastopol Hills. Goldridge sandy loam soils and strong maritime influence bring freshness, complexity, and signature coastal acidity. Planted in 2013 with heritage clones for nuanced flavor and texture.

VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested. Whole-cluster pressed and fermented with native yeasts in French oak barrels. Full malolactic conversion.

AGING: Aged 22 months in French oak barrels (20% new), followed by bottle aging before release.
- TASTING NOTES: High-toned Aromas of white peach, jasmine, lemon oil, and chamomile, accented by hints of bread dough, allspice, and flinty minerality. The palate is concentrated yet lifted—silky in texture, with mouthwatering acidity, a touch of honeyed richness, and a persistent saline finish. Layers and complexity develop with air, with minimal oak influence. Really pretty - super clean
