- TERROIR: Sourced from vineyards in the Champagne region, primarily around Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, featuring chalk and limestone soils that contribute to the wine's minerality and elegance
- VINIFICATION: Base wines are fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to maintain crisp acidity.
- AGING: Aged on lees in bottle for approximately 24 months. The final blend includes 70% reserve wines, enhancing complexity. Dosage is 9 g/L, resulting in a balanced Brut style.
- TASTING NOTES: Pale gold in color with fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of brioche, almonds, and white fruits lead to a palate of pear, citrus, and subtle spice. The wine is well-balanced, with a refreshing finish.
