Seascape is a unique blended-milk cheese made from a mix of cow and goat milk, offering the best of both worlds—richness from the cow’s milk and bright tang from the goat. Produced by Reggie Jones and the team at Central Coast Creamery, it’s aged for around six months, developing a natural rind and a firm yet creamy texture. The flavor is bold and nutty, with notes of caramel, citrus, and brown butter, balanced by a slight acidity and a savory finish. This cheese grates and slices well, making it just as suitable for snacking as for cooking.
