Champagne Minière F&R, established in 1919 in Hermonville, is a family-run estate now led by fourth-generation brothers Frédéric and Rodolphe Minière. Transitioning from supplying larger houses to producing their own Champagnes in 2007, the brothers focus on organic viticulture and traditional methods to craft wines that reflect their unique terroir.

VINIFICATION: Fermentation in oak barrels; no malolactic fermentation; inclusion of reserve wines from previous years (approximately 10-50%) to achieve desired flavor profile

- TASTING NOTES: Opulent and rich, with notes of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a hint of brioche. The palate is complemented by mineral intensity and a lilting texture.
