Domaine Génot-Boulanger, established in 1974 by Charles-Henri and Marie Génot-Boulanger, is a family-owned estate located in Meursault, Burgundy. Now managed by their granddaughter Aude and her husband Guillaume Lavollée, the domaine spans 22 hectares across 30 appellations. Since 2008, Aude and Guillaume have transitioned to organic farming and have been exploring biodynamic practices, emphasizing minimal intervention to let each terroir express its unique character.
