Jean Laurent is a family-owned grower Champagne house located in the southern Côte des Bar, a region known for its exceptional Pinot Noir. With deep roots in sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking, Jean Laurent crafts Champagnes that are elegant, expressive, and a true reflection of the terroir.

- TERROIR: Sourced from estate vineyards in the Côte des Bar, where Kimmeridgian marl and clay-limestone soils bring depth, richness, and minerality to the wine.
- VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character, with minimal intervention. Secondary fermentation in the bottle following the méthode champenoise.
- AGING: Aged on lees for 36+ months to develop complexity and fine mousse.
- TASTING NOTES: Bold and vibrant, with aromas of red apples, wild strawberries, and brioche, complemented by hints of toasted almonds and wet stone. The palate is full-bodied yet crisp, with fine bubbles and a long, mineral-driven finish.
