Their wines bridge classic mineral-driven Chablisienne style with precision and depth, particularly in their bottlings from older parcels. ‘Vieilles Vignes’ is sourced from low-yielding Chardonnay vines over 50 years old, yielding a concentrated, textural expression of Chablis that maintains unmistakable cut and salinity.
