This filled dark chocolate bar captures the essence of summer winds in the UAE, using Khalas dates from the Liwa oasis and freshly ground fennel folded into a soft, spiced paste. The 62% chocolate shell is crafted from bean to bar at Mirzam’s Alserkal Avenue workshop. Herbal, sweet, and just a little unexpected.
