Family estate in Vouvray since 1712, run by Catherine Dhoye-Deruet since 1990. Six hectares in the Vallée Coquette, with cellars cut into the limestone beneath the Coteau de la Fontainerie. Her approach is minimal and vineyard-focused, and she is known for dry Vouvray as well as sparkling and sweeter styles.

- TASTING NOTES: Honey, straw and washed river stone on the nose, with orchard fruit underneath. The palate is taut and mineral, with a rounded mid-palate and a clean, saline finish.
