Field Recordings uses a mix of white grapes from different vineyards that the winemakers de-stem and ferment on skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture.

- TERROIR: Central Coast, California—this region benefits from a cool coastal climate, with fog influence from the Pacific Ocean ensuring slow ripening and retention of acidity. The soils are diverse, with a mix of sandy loam and limestone, ideal for producing expressive white wines.
- VINIFICATION: The grapes are fermented on their skins for an extended period (15–30 days), allowing for the extraction of color, texture, and complexity. Native yeasts are used, with no fining or filtering.
