The 'Tre Stelle' bottling comes from a single cru in the eastern part of the Barbaresco DOCG, known for yielding wines with fine structure and aromatic clarity. Grasso's style emphasizes purity of fruit, long maceration, and aging in large neutral oak—firmly rooted in classic Langhe tradition.

- VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and fermented with native yeasts; extended maceration lasting approximately 30–40 days with daily pumpovers.
- AGING: Aged for 24 months in large Slavonian oak botti, followed by additional time in bottle before release.
- TASTING NOTES: Aromas of dried cherry, rose petals, anise, and orange peel with undertones of leather and cedar. The palate is medium-bodied with firm yet refined tannins, high acidity, and notes of red berries, dried herbs, and iron-laced earth on a persistent finish.
