Jeaunaux-Robin is a small, family-run estate located in the Vallée du Petit Morin, south of the Côte des Blancs. Known for their meticulous farming and artisanal craftsmanship, the domaine produces expressive Champagnes that highlight the unique terroir of this lesser-known subregion.

- VINIFICATION: Produced using the saignée method, where the juice is bled off the skins after a brief maceration for color and flavor extraction. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees for added texture.
- AGING: Aged on lees for 24+ months before disgorgement, with a low dosage of 4-5g/L to preserve its natural vibrancy.
