Marco Tintero crafts his wines with the same spirit that defines life in the hills of Mango—honest, joyful, and refreshingly uncomplicated. His Vino Rosato is no exception: a bright, lightly frizzante rosé that captures the essence of summer in Piedmont, made with the same care and sustainability as his beloved Vino Bianco.
- WINEMAKER: Marco Tintero
- FARMING: Sustainably farmed estate vineyards; hand-harvested fruit from hillside parcels averaging 30 years in age.
- VARIETY: Predominantly Barbera and Arneis with a touch of Moscato Rosa for lift and perfume.
- TERROIR: Clay-limestone soils studded with stones on the rolling hills around Mango in Piedmont, providing freshness and delicate minerality.
- VINIFICATION: Grapes are pressed gently after a short maceration to achieve a pale rosé hue. Fermentation occurs at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve aromatics, followed by a brief secondary fermentation to create a gentle frizzante sparkle.
- AGING: Rested in tank on fine lees before early bottling to retain brightness and texture.
- TASTING NOTES: Pale pink and lightly effervescent, the Vino Rosato bursts with red currant, wild strawberry, and rose petal aromas. On the palate it’s dry, lively, and refreshing with a soft, creamy mousse and a clean finish that keeps you reaching for another glass.
- FOOD PAIRINGS: Perfect with prosciutto, caprese salad, grilled shrimp, or a picnic spread. Serve well chilled.
- ALCOHOL: 11.5 %
