TERROIR: Ried Klostersatz lies on deep alluvial soils near the Danube in the Loiben basin. These gravelly, sandy soils offer good water retention and warmth, contributing to a rounder, and fruit-driven profile.

VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation with native yeasts occurs in stainless steel tanks. 
- 
AGING: Aged several months on fine lees in stainless steel to enhance texture and aromatic clarity. 
- 
TASTING NOTES: Lifted and generous, with aromas of white peach, lime blossom, and crushed river stones. The palate is crisp and vibrant, showing layers of citrus zest, orchard fruit, and saline minerality.
