  • VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested grapes underwent a 30-day skin fermentation in open-top tanks, with the cap submerged twice daily by hand.

  • AGING: Aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and varietal character.

  • TASTING NOTES: Aromas of apricot blossoms, black tea, and tangerine lead to a rich mouthfeel with perfectly balanced acidity.
