- VARIETY: Co-fermented blend—73% Vermentino, 16% Fiano, 5% Grechetto, 2% Greco, 2% Glera, 1% Pinot Bianco, 1% Pinot Grigio
- TERROIR: Estate vineyard at Merbein in Murray–Darling, planted to test and showcase Italian varieties in red sandy loam over limestone soils
- VINIFICATION: Night-harvested, co-fermented on full solids, ferments on wild yeast, and aged 6 months on lees in stainless steel; vegan-friendly
