She caught wine bug at age 17 in South Africa, and went on to work at top estates in Germany like J.B. Becker & then Leitz in 2002. She started her own Estate in 2006 Her focus on sustainable farming and minimal intervention winemaking has earned her a strong reputation in the Rheingau.
