Family estate on Cephalonia known for biodynamic farming and low-intervention methods; Evriviadis Sclavos helped pioneer dry Mavrodaphne here in the 1990s.

- TERROIR: The age of the vineyards is over seventy years, the altitude is about 250 meters and the soil composition is limestone (marl limestone - Maltese slab).
- VINIFICATION: The harvest takes place in the first fortnight of September. The winemaking process is biodynamic and includes a long extraction, completion of the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with native yeasts.
- AGING: Aged in French five-liter Allier oak barrels and in a three-ton oak winemaker for at least twelve months. No fining or filtration.
- TASTING NOTE: Dark berry and plum core with savory spice, leather and floral tones; tobacco, cocoa, bay leaf and lavender accents. Full-bodied with firm, chewy tannins and lively acidity; long, savory finish.
