- VINIFICATION: Grapes were harvested over five passes spanning six weeks to capture diverse ripeness levels. Fermentation was conducted with native yeasts in 85% stainless steel and 15% large-format acacia wood vessels. Malolactic fermentation was blocked to preserve acidity.
- AGING: Aged on lees in stainless steel and acacia vessels to enhance texture and complexity.
