Every November, the new Beaujolais arrives. It’s Gamay, grown across the hills of Beaujolais, made quickly so it tastes like the vintage it came from: bright, juicy, and best drunk young.

We’re pouring from producers we’ve followed for years. Each one makes their Nouveau with care, and each reads the same grape a little differently. Some lean floral and red-fruited, some a bit earthier. All of them are meant to be opened soon after release.
