Crafted in Napa Valley by Keller and Manni, this bar blends bean-to-bar milk chocolate with crispy salted French fries and a whisper of truffle. The cacao—a blend of Arriba Nacional from Ecuador's Hacienda Victoria and Rio Caribe from Venezuela’s Paria Peninsula—is roasted, ground, and molded by hand. Crunchy, savory, and just the right amount of luxurious.
