Gérard Boulays Comtesse is crafted from one of Sancerres most revered terroirs, Monts Damnés, which has been farmed by Boulays family for centuries. Known for its steep, chalky slopes, this site produces wines with remarkable minerality and tension. Boulays organic practices and minimal intervention winemaking allow the terroir to shine through in this exceptional Sauvignon Blanc.
