Sourced from cool-climate vineyards in Stellenbosch, their Brut NV showcases South Africa’s ability to produce bright, expressive bubbles with depth and finesse.

VARIETY: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir
TERROIR: Stellenbosch vineyards benefit from maritime breezes from False Bay and decomposed granite soils, offering freshness and complexity in the base wine.
VINIFICATION: Traditional method; secondary fermentation in bottle.
AGING: Bottled in 2019 and aged on the lees for 30 months; disgorged March 2021.
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of lemon peel, green pear, and toasted almond lead into a lively palate with crisp acidity, creamy mousse, and notes of citrus, apple, and a touch of brioche.
