- VINIFICATION: Hand-sorted grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by gravity-fed racking to stainless steel aging tanks
- AGING: Aged for 9 months in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks
- TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby-violet hue with fresh and roasted red berry aromas, complemented by notes of toast, spicebox, and eucalyptus. The palate reveals flavors of black raspberries, anise, and a touch of char, supported by medium tannins and good acidity, leading to a satisfying finish.
