YB Wine Co, also known as Yates Brothers Wine Co, is a family-run winery with deep roots in California's wine industry. Their 2023 Rosé of Mataro is sourced from the Spanish Creek Vineyard in the Fair Play AVA of El Dorado County, an area known for its high-elevation vineyards and granite-based soils. The own-rooted vines at 2,800 feet elevation endure wet winters and intense summer sun, resulting in a rosé with beautiful aromatics and a hint of minerality.
