From the historic hill of Brézé in Saumur, Arnaud Lambert crafts this expressive Crémant Rosé as part of his mission to highlight the singular terroirs of the Loire through organic farming and precise winemaking. Made in small quantities and with méthode traditionnelle, this sparkling wine is as elegant and mineral-driven as his still bottlings, capturing the limestone tension and floral nuance of Saumur’s finest sites.

- TERROIR: Sourced from organically farmed parcels on the hill of Brézé, where chalky tuffeau limestone soils and cool exposures shape wines of purity and finesse.
- VINIFICATION: Made using the méthode traditionnelle. Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed, with fermentation in stainless steel using native yeasts. Secondary fermentation occurs in bottle.
- AGING: Aged on lees in bottle before disgorgement.
- TASTING NOTES: Fresh and lifted, with aromas of wild strawberries, crushed rose petals, and chalk. The palate is crisp and linear, offering red currant, pomegranate, and saline minerality with fine, persistent mousse.
