Ameztoi, a fifth-generation family winery in the Basque Country, is renowned for preserving indigenous grape varieties and traditional winemaking methods. 'Rubentis' is their iconic rosé, blending Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Beltza grapes from estate vineyards overlooking the Bay of Biscay.

- VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested; co-fermented after direct pressing; fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 15°C for 20 days; natural carbonation preserved by closing tanks towards the end of fermentation
- AGING: Aged on fine lees in tank for six months with bâtonnage
- TASTING NOTES: Aromas of wild strawberries, citrus, and a hint of sea breeze; crisp acidity with flavors of red berries and a subtle effervescence
