This historic estate in L’Étoile, founded in 1920, is now helmed by the fourth-generation winemaker Nicole Deriaux, who is renowned for her precise and traditional approach to the unique terroir of the Jura. Domaine de Montbourgeau is especially known for producing oxidative-style whites and classic méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines with minimal intervention and a deep sense of place.
