Description

A rare conserva catch—cockles preserved in oil. These wild Hjertemusling (heart mussels) are harvested from the cold, clean fjord waters of Denmark, yielding a texture that’s firm and bouncy, with a flavor that’s mild, buttery, and deeply satisfying.

FANGST preserves them in organic, cold-pressed rapeseed oil from local producers, adding a rich, silky texture and delicate nuttiness. This tin is built for wine bar snacking—think crusty bread, a hit of lemon, or tossed with capers and chili over pasta.
