- FARMING: Sustainable practices across estate parcels; low alcohol and a gently sparkling style emphasize ease of drinking and freshness.
- VARIETY: 50% Favorita, 25% Moscato, 20% Arneis, 5% Chardonnay.
- TERROIR: Approximately 5 hectares of vines averaging 30 years of age rooted in clay-limestone with rocky components in the hills of Piedmont.
- VINIFICATION: Crafted in a lightly sparkling frizzante style to capture crisp fruit and lift; kept dry and low in alcohol for pure, easy refreshment.
- TASTING NOTES: “Straight-up delicious” and fun—crisp, fresh fruit aromas lead to a dry, low-alcohol palate with a faint, lively spritz. Chill hard and expect zesty citrus and orchard-fruit refreshment from first pour to last.
