This blend captures the warmth and charm of the region, marrying sun-drenched fruit with the savory, herbal notes that define Provençal terroir. - VARIETY: 55% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Merlot, 10% Marselan
- TERROIR: Sourced from 3.5 hectares of 18-year-old vines rooted in clay-limestone soils typical of the Vaucluse foothills. The southern Rhône’s sun-soaked days and cooling mistral winds provide ideal conditions for ripening Grenache and Syrah while maintaining freshness and balance.
- VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel cuves to preserve vibrant fruit and aromatic purity.
- AGING: Aged eight months in cuves before being bottled unfiltered to retain texture and depth.
- TASTING NOTES: Bursting with aromas of black olive, fresh fig, and garrigue herbs like rosemary and thyme.
