Siete Fincas is a family-run winery dedicated to crafting expressive wines that reflect the high-altitude terroirs of Argentina. This Torrontés comes from the Cafayate Valley in Salta—one of the highest viticultural zones in the world at 1600 meters above sea level. With organically mindful practices and a commitment to sustainability, Siete Fincas captures the vibrancy and aromatic lift that defines the best expressions of Torrontés.

- TERROIR: Vineyards in Cafayate, Salta at 1600m elevation; loamy, sandy, stony soils with moderate drainage; dry, warm climate with intense sun exposure and cool nights
- VINE AGE: Average 23 years
- VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested on February 25, 2024, and fermented in stainless steel tanks using classic methods
- FERMENTATION: 14-day fermentation at controlled temperatures
- AGING: Aged for 2 months in bottle before release
