Mānoa is a bean-to-bar maker in Kailua, Oʻahu, and its Flavors of Hawaii series pairs cacao with island ingredients. All ingredients are Direct Trade with the cacao farmers and hand-crafted in Kailua, Hawai'i. Each chocolate bar is packaged using recycled paper and wrapped in a biodegradable plant-based fiber.
