Monday Blind Tasting Flights: RSVP
$32 per person | Mondays 4:30–7:30 PM | Napa
Every Monday at DECANT, we taste blind—four classic wines from around the world poured without telling you what they are. You’ll work on your palate, theory, and maybe a little bit of friendly competition.
It’s casual, educational, and a local favorite. Get all four wines right (Variety, Vintage, Sub-Appellation, Appellation, and Country) and your flight’s on the house.
Whether you’re studying for your next exam or just curious about what’s in the glass, come taste like a pro in a low-pressure, good-vibes setting.
Reserve your time slot:
- Book your arrival window between 4:30 and 7:30 PM—we’ll have your flight prepped and waiting.
- Groups of 4+ are encouraged to book so we can have a table set aside for you.
What to Expect
- Flights typically take about 45–60 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but reservations help us plan for pours and seating.
- When you've completed your flight, our team of sommeliers, including Master Sommelier Gillian Ballance, will walk you through the wines and chat about your progress.
- You'll receive full notes on each wine that you can take home for studying.
- Cheese boards, tinned fish, and small bites are available for purchase during your tasting.
- No two weeks are exactly the same—sometimes we pour textbook classics, sometimes we throw in something off-grid and just-for-fun. Either way, you’ll leave with a sharper palate and probably a few new wine friends.
