Description

Orgolio is an exceptional blend of olive species local to Tuscany. Harvested according to organic principles, the I.G.P. certified oil crafted from Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino olive oil is low-acid and perfectly balanced with fruity and spicy notes. 

The 2024 Orgolio is golden hued with green undertones. It has a bright, prickly aroma with notes of arugula and green apple peel. On the palate, this rich textured oil crests gently into an elegant peppercorn finish.

Owner Diamante d'Alessio channeled her experience in art, culture and fashion into the creation of Orgolio to give us "The Haute Couture of Olive Oil".
