Quinta do Pinto ‘Estate Collection’ White Blend, Lisboa, Portugal 2018
A family estate in Alenquer, north of Lisbon, bought in 2003 by Antonio Cardoso Pinto, a fifth-generation farmer. He works alongside his children Rita, Ana and Francisco. The vineyards surround a 17th-century manor house and a traditional cellar. The estate grows over 20 grape varieties, some vines nearly 50 years old.

- VINIFICATION: Vineyards managed to optimize aromatic potential. Must clarified by natural settling in refrigerated vats. Each variety fermented separately with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks at 15–16°C, with frequent batonnage. Roussanne fermented and aged in new 225 L and 500 L oak barrels.
- AGING: Roussanne in new oak (225 L and 500 L). Aging for the other varieties is not specified.
- TASTING NOTES: Brilliant yellow with citrus. Intense, complex aromas of citrus, pear, white fruit and florals. Rich and intense on the palate, with good minerality, fruit wrapped in natural freshness and a long finish. 13.5% ABV, total acidity 5.7 g/L, pH 3.34, residual sugar 1.5 g/L.
