• VARIETY: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot

• TERROIR: Sourced from Turnbull's estate vineyards in Oakville, renowned for their gravelly, well-draining soils and optimal microclimate, contributing to the wine's structure and complexity.​

• VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested grapes undergo meticulous sorting and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ensuring precise temperature control and gentle extraction of flavors.​

• AGING: Aged in French oak barrels, with a significant portion being new oak, for approximately 20 months to enhance depth and integrate tannins.​

• TASTING NOTES: The 2021 Oakville Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet-purple hue. Aromas of blackberry preserves, blackcurrant pastilles, and candied violets emerge from the glass, accompanied by hints of dark chocolate and star anise. The medium to full-bodied palate is soft, bright, and lively, showcasing pure black berry notes that lead to a long, graceful finish. ​
