Vini & Distillati Angelo Delea, founded in 1983 in Losone, in the Ticino canton, grew from a restaurateur’s ambition to produce Merlot in the Bordeaux manner. Angelo Delea, with his sons David and Cesare, runs the company, which farms about 20 hectares of its own vineyards and works with around 200 local growers.
