Hand-harvested by diver Evan O’Brien along the remote coast of Sitka, Alaska, these gooseneck barnacles are packed in brine and preserved with their prehistoric-looking shells intact. Once a delicacy reserved for the Iberian Peninsula, this rare conserva is now available in extremely limited quantities—just 300 tins produced.
