Be The Light: A Guided Afternoon of Inner Reflection & Collective Healing
This is not just a workshop. It’s a space to slow down, look within, and connect with the part of you that wants to be part of the solution to the division and finger-pointing that is happening in our country.
In this 2-hour in-person session, we’ll gently explore:
- How unconscious judgment and inherited bias live in all of us
- What it means to hold space for your own discomfort, with compassion
- Simple practices to shift internal separation into clarity, presence, and integrity
- Group connection and reflective journaling to begin transforming what no longer serves.
Be The Light is a space for people who want to take personal responsibility for their thoughts, their reactions, and the energy they carry into the world, and be a part of real change.
This is not political. This is the path of courage, strength, and integrity. It is the way through.
September 28th, 2:00 PM -4:00 PM
Investment: $55, payable directly to Peace of Kate
Early registration option: $45 if registered before September 20th. (A sliding scale is available if needed, contact Kate.)Please email Kate @ contactme@peaceofkate.com to RSVP and declare your commitment to bringing more light into the world.
